Andras Field, award and problems |

| Exiting times at Andras Field. Last weekend a collapsed drain pipe cause two big holes to appear at the east end of the runway. Before the runway was closed two aircraft suffered minor damage (all insured of course). Emergency repairs are currently being done and the runway, though a bit shorter, is at this moment open again. Andras Field also got some amazing reviews and an award. If you are still wondering about this project, check those out. As last news, two more plots (AF12 and AF85) have just been put up for sale. Andras Field / Andras Airpark updated to 1.04 |

| Andras Field / Andras Airpark keeps expanding. Not only has a new row of hangars just need completed, but there are also adventures available on the forum (great fun) and an Andras Field Aviation Club has been started (report here). Also five new inhabitants moved to the airpark last week. The only problem seems to be that the rabbits are multipliying like only rabbits can do in high summer. Make sure you get the last files from andrasfield.com! |

With Andras Field we took a bit of a gamble, it's a strange concept and not like any other project Aerosoft has ever done. But by now we know this gamble will pay off because it seems there are many people who really like the idea and who are participating. Just keep in mind that buying a plot to have your own hangar is optional, just another feature of the project. By now we are already uploading the third version (1.03 is online now) and the special website is also up and running. Check out what customers wrote, seems they like it!

| It's the strangest project we have ever done. But if the sales in the first 30 minutes are an indication it's something a lot of people will like. Andras Field / Andras Airpark has just been released. Andras Field is a fictive airport based in Southern Bavaria (so very close to the heart of Germany, Italy, Austria, Switzerland etc) at the foot of the alps. It is very much a multipurpose airport as it can handle medium airliners, helicopters., gliders and even large seaplanes. The design uses a lot of new ideas and, even if we say so ourselves, looks rather stunning. Andras Airpark is an option for people who really like this project and would like their own house and hangar in FSX. Sounds a bit complex and in a way it is. But just check out the screenshots and then read the forums a bit and you''ll soon know all you need to know. |
