African Airfield Adventures (free!) |
Tuesday, 20.07.2010 |
| African Airfield Adventures (or AAA as we call it) is a rather special product. It's the only commercial FSX addon that we know that has scenery, missions and a complex carreer mode. But after it was completed we had a few files that were not used. So we decided to make a small free product out of them. This works without AAA of course, but will also work fine with AAA. It includes two very nicely detailed small airports, high dense mesh, landclasses etc. A fine example of what AAA includes. |

African Airstrip Adventures awarded |
Monday, 31.08.2009 |
| Seems a lot of reviewers been flying African Airstrip Adventures this week. We got three great reviews. The one I'll mention here is the one on AVSIM that gave us a Gold Star Award. The reviewer (our new best friend) Alan, mentions:" What you get here is a reason to indulge in plenty of genuine seat of the pants flying over wonderful varied terrain, with excellent animated wildlife all over the place that is smart enough to be in believable locations, coupled with great airstrip scenery which offers really challenging landings." |

Review of African Airstrip Adventures |
Tuesday, 11.08.2009 |
| FlightSim.com has a review of African Airstrip Adventures online: "Africa is a continent that is mostly overlooked by add-on developers, so Aerosoft's African Airstrip Adventures is a welcome addition. It adds airports and scenery to a large area of Kenya, providing not only new places to go but a large collection of FSX missions to fly and even a career mode." |

Make some money and win some products |
Saturday, 18.07.2009 |
| It's quiet in the African Safari Charter office (=forum) these days, so I guess all "Charlies" are out there on their jobs. Now, after some weeks of African Airstrip Adventures we'd like to see who's the best ASC pilot out there. With the new career mode there's an easy way to find out: Simply attach a screenshot of your latest mission progress with money count clearly visible (see my screenshot as example) to this topic in the forum. And don't cheat, before we hand out the mother lode we'll need to see the files. |

African Airfield Adventures update to 1.01 |
Thursday, 16.07.2009 |
| African Airfield Adventures was just updated to 1.01. This updated solves a few small issues and add more career saves for the Nanyuki and Buffalo Spring missions. AAA is the perfect FSX addon for a rainy vacation day, not expensive, very high entertaiments value and suitable for pilots of any skill level. You'll be flying over an exiting scenery of Kenya while you complete missions. |

African Airstrip Adventures released |
Thursday, 18.06.2009 |
| African Airstrip Adventures (or AAA for short) is a totally new kind of product. We have done scenery/mission projects before but this one really adds a whole new dimension. Not only is the scenery covering a major part of Kenya very beautiful, but the missions will make you a pilot of African Safari Charters and you will get assignments from their dispatch office. As you fly more hours your status in the company increases and you will have earned more money, but you also got to keep your aircraft(s) maintained and missions will get ever more complex. |
